Project involved excavating half of a large backyard and lay foundation and stone and integrate with the other half of backyard that was already in stone, done several years ago. The Contractor, Fatios helped plan design and selection of stone products which was very helpful. Job commenced as scheduled and contractors and his stone cutters were a pleasure to work. Contractor kept me up to speed on project progress and always discussed and sought approval for any slight change-orders and costs that always happen along the way. The stone cutting was first class. Project completed on schedule The final project looks stunning and has added substantial value to the house. The contractor also cleaned and sealed the older stone parts of the backyard and they look new again. I would highly recommend this company for stone-work, stone cleaning and sealing.
I was very pleased with the work done on my driveway and patios. It took place over a week (rain delays) and the communications of the various steps and timing was very good. Very professional team and the results look excellent.
