Shandyman Contracting - Roofing

A bit ambivalent here. Hired Shane to fix my roof, which out of fairness he did. Problem is that he also damaged my deck and then ghosted me. It's been about three months of a damaged deck with vague and periodic promises about fixing it. A bit of a frustrating experience. So I guess really, just be really careful to make sure that any extra damage is taken care of before you pay.

I needed to replace the roofing on my garage and garden shed. I posted my project on Homestars. 3 roofers responded. Shane, the owner of Shandyman, came himself to check out the job himself. He was very professional as was his proposal and the contract we ultimately signed. When it was time to do the work, Shane was on site working with his 4-person crew. They did an excellent job. Shane was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. I have already recommended Shandyman to friends. I would not hesitate to use them again.

ShandyMan Contracting Inc. completed our home project (roof & fencing) in a timely fashion. They were were kind, courteous, professional & very helpful. They completed the project on time and left the site as they found it. If you have home repairs our family highly recommends contracting them.

Shane & team did a great and very efficient job replacing my roof. The site was left clean (they have a great tool to get rid of any roof nails!), and the new roof looks great. Would use them again!

I hired ShandyMan to deal with a challenging issue with the copper roof on my home. The copper had really deteriorated which was negatively impacting its overall appearance. Shane and his team explored a number of different options and identified a solution which ended up improving the appearance of the roof significantly and at a lesser cost than the other options that I was considering. ShandyMan's work has made a huge positive impact and several of my neighbors have even commented on how great the roof now looks since the work was completed.
