February 26, 2020 My air conditioner was installed by this company in 2016 by previous owners. Issues last summer during hot spell. Because of reviews I had another company assess the issues without repairs to ensure warranty is valid. Poor installation was identified Spoke with Goodman in Texas as assured warranty valid for five years for second ownership. Numerous calls emails and FALSE promises to have this addressed. Have contacted a lawyer as not with better business bureau

September 5, 2018 I signed up for the$99.00 a month payment plan when I bought this furnace. They gave me a 3 month payment deferral and my first payment was due on August 15 . I received a Birthday card from them in June and then in July, I received a notice stating that they had put a lein against my house, and I have been fighting with them ever since. I just received another threatening letter from them saying they were going to take the furnace back. I told them to do that the day I got the notice of lein ,, Helpful1>

September 20, 2017 Do not deal with these people. They do not tell you you are leasing. And when you try to call someone they never call back. Left at least a dozen messages. And they put a Lien on you house titled or the equipment which I discovered when I went to remortgage. Helpful1>

August 21, 2017 The sales person was not truthfull at all. I was told I was buying a furnace for $7000. I later discovered that not 1 dollar I had paid into the furnace had gone towards the cost. Upon asking why I was told all payments are rental fees. The furnace must be bought after the fact for an extra $8000. I fought with them for many months and in the end they came and took the Furnace, I thought. Now it is 9 months later. Simply green is still trying to take money from me and trying to harm my credit Helpful2>
