Started in 2006 as an architectural and planning consulting firm as part of 7S Group of companies, sk2 Design + Build Inc. has now evolved to become a design builder with an emphasize on creating MODERN homes in Calgary communities together with its building partners LIVMOD Homes and BuiltbySKY. The process of design is an integral part of our construction philosophy and that process is not stopped during construction. We understand that any opportunity to further enhance the design of the project should be embraced, explored and executed.
