December 1, 2018 In order to ask for any warranty work, a home owner need to fill the request application, with research, where and how equipment is working, not working, all details. If in their opinion it is wrong, they can charge a builder $75. It takes forever to ask, make and wait for an appointment. We were waiting for 5 months. They came but did not fix sockets shutting down on arc-fault breaker and refused to come again. Do not have instruments to check such breakers. A builder ask to find someone else

May 25, 2017 Spartan did a great job installing my foyer light fixture. They showed up on time and did a great job. I will use them again in the future!
