Excellent communication and response rate via Homestars chat. Had a tech onsite under 3 hours. He actually discovered the issue was much simpler than thought and resolved it all within under 20 minutes. Tech was just as professional and polite as the contact I was chatting and coordinating with via Homestars. Will be our go to for security and entry system services.

Nish was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Nish was and continues to be a great help answering questions. Very minimal cosmetic change with how they wire up the cameras for the outside permitter. The system that they are using appears be quality. Advanced tech users will enjoy the camera app. Alarm system is just that. They were able to use existing wiring for some of the sensors. Has an app as well. Overall I am very happy. Highly recommmend

Jeno was great. Came out to explain what I needed and where he would put the cameras. On time and efficient. Jeno and his crew did a great job and cleaned up any messes they made. He made sure I understood how to use the app and left his number for any questions I had. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
