SHG for the last 24 years has build numerous single and multi residential Homes . We specialize in Design Build Custom Homes, Additions, Extensions, Underpinning. Entire construction is done by our insured Company employees, all of whom carry WSIB. We are Vertically integrated company. Which means we do Foundation (Including Underpinning, Walk-out and all related concrete forming and Pouring), Framing, Roof, Insulation, Drywall, Mudding, Tapping, Sanding, Tiling, Flooring, Trim, Doors, Locks, Installing all Fixtures In-House with 28 Dedicated employees all of whom are covered by WSIB. We are not depended on Sub-trades. Therefore we do not charge Project Management fee. We have dedicated Hvac, Electric and Plumbing Licence companies that work with us all year long. The process starts by preparing a detailed scope of work with PRECISE price and time frame for the entire project. We have numerous Home owners who have become our loyal advocates. SHG is a vertically integrated company which passes on savings to you. We have a team of Designers, Architects and Engineers to help you create precise Design oriented, meticulous attention to finishing, permit drawings based on your needs, wants and requirements. Raj and his team delivered an exceptional experience, from the initial preliminary design scope visit and demo through through to the final mounting of the last towel fixtures. I appreciate the attention to detail his team showed on all elements of the job and Raj was fully responsive if any questions and or design changes arrose. In executing the work, Strategic Homes Group team took the time to reinforce studs, beams and joists on existing main floor and extending it, taking the time and effort to attend to the subfloor to prevent creaky floors. From structural work, to HVAC/insulation, to the last finishes, no short cuts were ever taken. we truly felt Raj and his team cared about the project as though it was their own house.We quickly came to trust Rajs judgment and suggestions. No challenge was seen as a problem. Raj was always ready with a pragmatic, professional solution at hand that enhanced the design of the project. His highly skilled and talented team were conscientious and meticulous in their work putting long hours to get the job done. No need to look further. Strategic Homes Group exceeded my expectations. Strategic homes just finished building a beautiful Custom home for us. Raj was consistently on site, providing invaluable input, keeping us in the loop on all aspects. I learned so much. His in-house crew were professional and reliable. Renovations can be so stressful and working with the right companies is super important. We are so glad we chose to work with Strategic Homes. My wife and I are super happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company. Raj did an amazing job on our home. Hes also very creative, passionate about his work, easy to work with and has a lot of experience. I highly recommend him for any custom home build, renovation or project.
Strategic Homes Group Inc was one of the best contractors I've hired. Raj was curious patient and really wanted all my crazy ideas to come out in the most elegant way on the new addition and the main floor extension. Raj worked with our in house architect that rendered my vision perfectly. The work was done preciously as my vision. on time.
