J'ai signé un contrat le 5 octobre 2024 avec Straw Hats pour mon toit, j'ai payé le dépôt le 6 octobre 2024 et les travaux devaient être effectués le 13 octobre 2024, les travaux non jamais étaient faits, semaine après semaine, à l'exception d'une fois, l'entreprise n'a jamais été proactive pour m'informer et expliquer ses retards, c'est principalement moi qui faisais des suivis. Finalement le 11 novembre 2024, j'ai denandé le rembousement de mon dépôt, même après deux autres rappels, on est rendu maintenant le 15 décembre 2024, je n'ai toujours pas mon rembousement, C'EST UN ENTREPRENEUR À ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX.
