We had Richard come quote on staining the upper story of our home as well as some interior painting. He was obviously knowledgable, and gave me confidence that he would do a good job. The work was completed to a high standard. Richard is very professional and knows how to make his customers happy.

I hired Sunrise to do a full paint job of 2 townhouses on the interior. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend them. A special thanks to Chuck that got the work done in a short time frame and di the extra work for me in the unit below. I will gladly hire these guys again. :)

We had two other companies quote for the job and I must say Richard seemed like he would be our best choice based on first impressions. We were very happy with the result. Chuck and Julian did a great job! Richard has been in the industry for a long time and was based in North Van (where we live) and that had some impact on our decision just in case there was an issue with the job during their warranty period we know he would look after it for us. They did a great job prepping the house and we decided to paint our old brick in the front and it looks much better. Thanks again

They power-washed all the walls, the trim, and took care of any needed repairs along the way. Great job painting the rock-stucco exterior, the cedar fascia trim, the railing and the deck. A special thanks to the professional and friendly painters: Lawrence, the Painting Foreman, who always made sure the work met our standards, and always did so with a smile; Rich, the artist, whom we appreciated a lot, especially when he did such a fabulous job of cutting in between the fascia and the stucco, which wasn't easy, and to Julian who, being a climber, painted some of the most challenging parts of the house. I had the hallway walls and ceilings, and stairwells repainted on 3 stories in one color, the living room and dining room in another. There was a two man crew. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful in their dealings with me. They both were clearly very experienced. They worked quickly and their work was thorough and accurate. They consulted me when there were issues or decisions to be made, and recommended minor changes where appropriate. They did a terrific job, stayed within the estimate and also finished within the time they first told me it might take. Since they finished I have discovered no problems. Highly recommended.
