We at Sweet Home Design offer custom new home design as well as design services for large and small-scale renovation and addition projects. Our commitment is to realize a client’s dreams and ideas; creating a unique design that responds to a client’s personality, lifestyle, and budget. With the “down-sizing client” in mind, we are creating a series of unique, one level home designs in the 1200-1500 sq.ft. range. These custom homes incorporate the latest in energy efficient design and environmental considerations, as well as a focus on openness, view capturing and relaxed family living. A keen interest in century home renovation has lead to two Design Awards. Our approach is to respect the unique style and feel of classic architecture while making an older home energy efficient, comfortable and appealing. Our services extend throughout the province of Nova Scotia, with projects in New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Services include: Site assessment, 3D modeling, Architectural Blueprints exceeding National Building Code (NBC) standards, Floor Plans, Guesthouse Design, Home Additions and Renovation Design, House Plans, Construction Drawings, and Century Home Restoration.
