I waited a year before writing this review to see how the roof handled winter and heavy rain. I am very happy with the install - top notch. Afshin and his team did a fabulous job and very happy with the result. My previous roof was installed horribly by lets say a (Non) Professional Roofers. So far everything is holding up well. Highly recommend

I used Afshin and Tactic to install our roof several years ago. They did a wonderful job and it still looks like new I had an emergency situation this morning, unrelated to the roof. I called Afshin, and within three and a half hours he showed up, assessed the situation, repaired the problem, and was on his way, for a more than reasonable price. I will continue to refer Tactic Roofing to everyone, and I will remain a loyal customer Thanks Afshin !!!! Graham, Brampton

I called Afshin of Tactic Roofing for roof inspection because of a suspected leak. He was very prompt in returning my call and was very courteous throughout our interaction. He came yesterday, checked the roof, identified the problem and fixed it right away. His charges were reasonable. He goes over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend him very highly for any roofing job. Thank you again Afshin!!!!

Afshin (the owner) completed all quotation and installation work for us while we were remote. He shared quotes and invoices with us promptly by email. Work was completed very quickly following payment of a modest deposit. Work was completed on time. Afshin emailed photos of the installation so that we could see the ice shield, shingle and capping details. He and his crew were on time and very courteous with our tenants. Clean-up was spotless - he even removed some wall vines for us, bagging them, and placed at the curb! Workmanship and approach is outstanding!
