February 16, 2017 We have been dealing with deLonghi for 20 years. Their service is excellent. Be reasonable in your expectations for a non-urgent job. If it's urgent, they're there ASAP.

January 2, 2016 ### I called since I ... I called since I blew a fuse and my heat went out in Jan. But since I'm not a regular customer I have to wait for 3 days till someone can even look at it. Not impressed. And my family is now with no heat because of this.

September 9, 2013 ### Great company DeLonghi was recommended to me by a general contractor. I have used this company several times since. They do great work. They are careful and do good work. They men are polite and neat. The company is very responsive.
