Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service à la clientèle de la famille Lacasse de Thermavision ; courtois et efficaces. Il en va de même pour le vendeur avec qui nous avons fait affaire par courriel. Là où nous avons eu une grande déception est le fait qu'il y a eu 500$ de différence entre la soumission de départ et la soumission finale suite au passage du mesureur spécialiste (plus ou moins sympathique soit dit en passant). Cela à cause d'un linteau qu'ils devaient ajouter. Nous croyons qu'ils auraient pu faire preuve d'une plus grande transparence en nous avertissant, dès la première soumission, qu'un tel ajout était possible et même fortement possible. Nous avons donc opté pour une autre compagnie qui ont inclus dès la première soumission le coût du linteau. le total arrivait à peu près au même prix que Thermavision, mais CR 640 ont été plus transparents. Nous étions donc plus confiant de faire affaire avec eux.
