We reached out to Think Cinema and knew Aaron was the right person to work with after he took the time to ask questions, explain everything and made thoughtful suggestions to consider - all before we booked a service with him. I decided it was time for an upgrade to an old A/V receiver I had had for some time and bought one from a big box store. I went looking for someone to install it and get all the other components to work with it. At the same time, I was looking to upgrade my HDMI cable that went from my cabinet to the TV in the family room. I made a couple of calls and was almost immediately contacted by Aaron from Think Cinema, who offered to come out and look things over. When he arrived, we discussed my needs and it became obvious that Aaron knew a heck of a lot more than I did. He suggested that I purchase an AV receiver different from the one I had purchased. Also suggested that I go with 8K HDMI cable to future proof my system to some extent. Also suggested a wireless all in one remote that controlled all of my components in addition to installing an Apple TV box. I asked about my rear speakers which weren't providing the surround sound I was expecting. He suggested a good upgrade and also suggested a new subwoofer. He got me a quote for all of these items very quickly and I agreed to proceed. Once he had all of the equipment, Aaron set up two days to work with things and install them. He had a worker there to help run new cable to my TV in the other room. Because the original cable had been installed at the same time that new cabinetry had been put in, they were unable to fish the cable through the same route, however, they did a good job of finding an alternative. This will require a little extra work on the cabinet, but it was a satisfactory solution to a somewhat difficult problem. Aaron set everything up, had it all working on one remote and balanced the sound of the system as well as adjusting the TV settings. I was very comfortable with Aaron and very impressed with his service and excellent advice.

Story Time We had a store that we knew and worked with a few times over many years install a sound system into our newly renovated family room. It all worked and then we changed providers of internet and tv programming and phone. The system no longer connected. We reached out to the original provider to come help fix to the new provider equipment. They came they saw they left never to be heard from again. I then searched for a new provider. Thank you Aaron for being the provider who #1 Answered the call #2 Showed up! #3 Came to diagnose and see what was needed to complete the change #4 Who showed up to do the work and install what we needed. #5 Pivoted and went to get something we did not buy mistakenly for the install appointment #6 Finished the job perfectly #7 Made it all work seamlessly so we could enjoy our sound system! 100 Percent Recommend Aaron and Think Cinema. We would highly recommend Think Cinema's services. We contacted Aaron to mount two TV's for us, one on a masonry fireplace wall and one on drywall. Aaron put a lot of thought into the job ensuring the TVs were not only secure , but also properly centred and level. The man was quite meticulous in his work and left a clean work site when completed. After a quick demonstration on how the mount worked he fine tuned the picture on the TV. The picture honestly never looked better. We are considering adding a sound bar and will definitely use Aaron's expertise in selecting the right equipment and also mounting to our installation.
