I recently hired TilePro to re-level my shower floor, which has been pooling water. The technician was extremely professional throughout the entire entire process, and the quality of the finished work exceed expectation. The shower now drains perfectly and looks amazing. I would gladly hire them for my next project and highly recommend their services.

From the start arsim was great to work with. Professional communication and honest quoting process. We're in an old home with terrible floors, Arsim took the time to ensure the final finish was perfect despite the starting conditions. Would recommend Arsim to others and would work with again!

TilePro is the real deal. After a year of frustrating renovations and dealing with too many sub-par tradespeople, I feel so lucky to have found Arsim and his company to re-tile our improperly done shower floor. He is transparent and trustworthy, reliable and efficient, charges fair prices for impeccable work, and his expertise and integrity is IMO unmatched in this industry. I had several quotations and Arsim made me feel confident in his quality of work before we started just by the way he did not want to cut corners and wanted to do the job the right way. He has completed 2 kitchen tile replacement jobs in our office and they came out fantastic. He is on time, good pricing, easy to work with, no hassles with the job, provides certificate of insurance and WSIB, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. I will definitely be using TilePro team again.
