"I had an issue with my freezer — where a sheet of ice forms at the bottom, melting and forming a puddle on my kitchen floor — last August. I hired JK Appliances (which is also on HomeStars!) and they identified the problem as a broken sensor. They “repaired” it and charged me over $300. The exact problem came back again 6.5 months later! This time, I hired Top Tech Appliance Service. Mors arrived, identified the problem (which was not a broken sensor!) but a clogged pipe; cleaned up thoroughly after himself (which JK Appliance never did); and charged me half the amount the previous technician did! Mors even showed me possible problem areas that could crop up later if I continue to overload my bottom basket and outlined exactly what he did to fix my current issue. Mors is trustworthy and I won’t hesitate to hire him again for future fridge issues. And I definitely will tell my friends and family about the great service I received today!"

Excellent Service! I highly recommend Toptech Appliance Service! My dryer wasn’t working and called several companies, as a senior, this is very nerve wracking! Top tech was competitively priced, punctual, work focused and easy to deal with!
