November 19, 2025 Trevor is efficient and professional. He was prompt and came to inspect my sewer pipes as a major backup had occurred. Inspection and remedy was thorough and backed up with video. Recently had him help my parents with a similar issue and once again his work was top notch. I’d highly recommend him.

April 26, 2023 Hired Trevor to clear my clogged toilet. Fee was "$425 plus HST to clear a plugged sewer." He removed the toilet and ran the snake a very short distance. When the toilet flushed, he assured me the sewer was "clear." When the toilet clogged later in the day, a camera revealed a paper clog further in the line. When I asked him to reduce his $644 bill given his failure to "unplug the sewer," he yelled aggressively and threatened me with "court papers." He then texted me the same threats. Horrified.

January 13, 2022 Expensive!!! To replace my toilet he charged $787.75 - I wasn't even that upset about that until I talked to other landlords and plumbers. Then I had him drop by to inspect my heating, he was there for 15 min, did not fix ANYTHING, and still charged me $172.50. I can't afford this plumber. So if you need to be savvy like me, this guy is not for you.

May 15, 2019 Toilet was clogged and had just moved into the house. Came quickly, super sweet and friendly and fast. Great guy. Suggested better toilet paper too. Big store brand was also clogging toilet. Definitely using Trevor again. Works like a charm!! !

March 21, 2018 Trevor has done plumbing work for me over that past ten years. He is the best! Professional, extremely knowledgeable, diagnoses the problem right away, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

November 17, 2017 Genius,no doubt about that, and i am not fooling! Super at diagnosing problem of my electric furnace and answered my call promptly. So professional, he is the go to guy from now on for all my plumbing and heating problems. AGAIN GENIUS .

April 29, 2017 Trevor is a problem solver. He talked me out of my own, expensive diagnosis, quickly found the real problem, explained it to me, and fixed it efficiently. Top notch.
