We only build or renovate 5 to 8 homes per year, this allows us to work closely with each family in developing their desired home to suit their unique lifestyle. We maintain open communication with all of our customers and are personally involved throughout the planning, construction, and follow-up phases to ensure superior standards are met. Veranda Estate Homes is a proud Sam Award winner and members of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program as well as the Calgary New Home Builders Association. We build throughout the Inner-City communities of Calgary including Elbow Park, Mount Royal, Elboya, Altadore, Hillhurst, Varsity Estates and many more. Besides the inner-city we also specialize in custom homes Bearspaw, Springbank, and other surrounding areas. We look forward to meeting you and adding your name to our growing list of happy clients.
