Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. They went above and beyond our expectations. We will highly recommend Weatherguard Gutters to all our friends and coworkers

February 20, 2014 ### Best Gutter Company in Vancouver by far Just wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with the service your company has provided us. This year we decided it was time to replace our aging gutter system. One of the companies we contacted was Weatherguard Gutters and we are so glad we did. From the initial visit to our home by your sales representative Kevin, we knew we were dealing with a solid and experienced company. Once we were ready for installation, were were called in advance to ensure the date was convenient for us and your crew arrived on the date specified. Rick and Karie were very helpful and ensured that the options for downspout locations and leaf guard were discussed prior to the install. This crew was the most courteous, pleasant and customer oriented pair of contractors that I have ever had the pleasure to have work on my home. Their work is immaculate and the cleanup of our yard afterwards left no trace that they had even been here. The experience of dealing with your company has been a pleasure and we would certainly recommend your services to our friends. September 16, 2011 ### Unbelievably poor customer service We had a "quote" from them. Wanted to proceed with the quote but they had added in some work which we did not want. Asked them to review the scope of work with us , they came down and did. After this review, we asked them to delete that portion of work we didn't want from the "quote", so we could accept the offer and get the ball rolling. The sales rep went to his car and came back with a revised price that was 20% higher than the original price even after redcuing the scope of work. He said that he obviously made a mistake and would have to review his estimate at the office and would send a corrected quote. Then a few days later (after the 30 day validity period on the quote) he sent an email saying that he did make a mistake on the original quote and the revised price was correct and apologized. I called the office to talk to a manager and basically got nowhere and they referred me back to the sales guy, who maintained his position. So IF you plan to deal with this company, my recommendation is to ask for a "QUOTE" not an "Estimate" which is how his quote was worded and ensure that they give you a price for the scope of work that you want. In my opinion, any reputable company would stand behind their quotes and not play games with words like "estimates" or up their prices after you indicate that you wanted to proceed with their "quote". I may be upset with the individual sales person , but more disgusted with the position of the company in how they honor (NOT) their quotes to clients.
