I had a great experience today. I had my furnace cleaned by one of your employees James. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and took the time to educate me about my furnace, about the best time to clean it and how to trouble shoot things if anything goes wrong. He also talked to me about protection plan, automated billing and heat pumps. You can tell James is an excellent employee, who cares about his job and about his work. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Wilsons!

We had Wilsons come and give us an estimate to remove our existing oil furnace and install a new propane furnace in 2016. They came on time and gave us a written estimate in detail, right down to removing the old oil tank and disposing of it for us. We set up a date for them to begin work. Again right on schedule and they finished on schedule. The professional installers exceeded my expectations and I and pretty hard to please. Love this company!

September 21, 2016 We had Wilsons come and give us an estimate to remove our existing oil furnace and install a new propane furnace in 2016. They came on time and gave us a written estimate in detail, right down to removing the old oil tank and disposing of it for us. We set up a date for them to begin work. Again right on schedule and they finished on schedule. The professional installers exceeded my expectations and I and pretty hard to please. Love this company!

Spent $8300 with this company October 2012 for a furnace, oil tank and chimney. The furnace vent pipe blocks access to the air filter making changing the filter near impossible. The ladder used to access the roof for the chimney install left dents in the eaves trough. The installers left the gate to the back yard unlatched when they left allowing my dog to get out. They put me on rental when I had wanted to buy outright. Since then they have come to my house at least 4 times in the last month to deliver oil but won't fill the tank because there is too much "dog dirt" in front of the tank, a problem that could have been resolved by throwing down a piece of cardboard. Called the office to speak to a Customer Service rep. and was not asked what my issues were but given the option of closing my account, which I did.
