I hired them based on the customer reviews. first of all the consultation price "default message" they send to attract your attention is apparently "incorrect ". its much higher and they told me it was wrong . okay do FIX IT?!!! the technician came in saw my washer. didnt open a single thing to actually see what the problem is. verbally told my husband what MIGHT BE wrong. does this make sense. you didnt even open the machine and we are paying you for the diagnostics. get a message later in the day parts costing over $700 and will take 2 weeks. part and labor combined $875. I messaged back saying that a new washer was that price and the customer rep said, "then I suggest you buy a new one." we got it fixed with part delivery in 1 day and labour from someone costing $306.
