I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was. condo property manager called them to install 2 block valves on kitchen sink on overtime rates at $127.50/hr, + $50.00 vehicle service charge, total bill was $370.00, to install 2 valves??? I paid the bill,but will never use their service again because of their outrageous price, they lost my future business, not impressed

Okay this is not the company of past, The office administration has no idea how to run a business, I have been waiting 2 months for a part that I paid for and at a 200 % markup as compared to a local supplier. It took 7 phone calls just to verify that the part was actually in their building. Do not use this company

A young Gentleman (Tim), responded to the Service Request by the Property Manager at a Condo Tower (the sink in the 1/2 bathroom) was not draining properly. This issue was corrected. Tim was very professional, excellant communication skills, and obviously he is technically very knowlegeable. Also he took care of another minor problem: main bathroom the Toilet bowl was constantly draining itself. Therefore Tim demonstrated superior customer service skills.
