Yi and his team were referred to me through a friend. It was a huge renovation undertaking as the scope involved a complete gut job of the house from top to bottom. I am glad this project was given to Yi and his team as they completed the project in a timely manner and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. These days you hear too many stories of bad and dishonest contractors and unfortunately I have experienced it myself. With Yi and his team, I felt at ease and knew the project was in good hands right from the get go. A project of such magnitude, you need a team that is communicative, professional, trustworthy and working together with mutual respect. Yi's team scored 110% in all the above categories. Yi provided me a realistic schedule to finish this project, from the initial onsite visit to the final walk-through including passing all stages of inspections. Throughout the renovation, Yi displayed excellent communication, organization, coordination, time management and problem solving skills of which are all vital to the success of a renovation project. I was doing a full home renovation and had my fair share of bad experiences with contractors. However, when I met Mr. Yi, I could tell that my troubles were over. His team renovated my master bath from tiling to plumbing, electrical and painting. The tiles were done exceptionally well and the shower thoroughly waterproofed. I was so pleased with the bathroom that I asked him to install an engineered floor and redo a staircase, both of which were done extremely well and quickly. Mr. Yi offered helpful suggestions throughout the process and ensured that all surfaces were protected. He also did everything to accommodate what I wanted. He and his team showed up on time every day and did what they said would do and stayed on budget. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. Yi has lots of experience with bathroom renovation. More importantly, he is definitely customer oriented. I am very impressed that he would suggest a way for better results, while involving more of his team's effort. Our bathroom has a heated floor, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing, epoxy grout, new sewage lines and new insulation inside of new drywall. He also did SPC floor installation for the corridor and laundry room.

I have received 5 quotes to renovate my powder room and two full bathroom. Yi was very quick in responding my enquiry and visited us in two days. He provided very detailed quote and answered all our questions. He also suggested some suppliers for material who can provide the discount. His team use to vacuum and clean the area everyday. He use to ask us every details during the renovation to make sure that we are happy with his work. It took little longer than projected time but we expected some delay. Our renovation was completed before the holidays. We are very happy with Yi for his professionalism and prompt reply and will definitely recommend him for Bathroom Renovation.
