Only positive experience throughout the whole process: very responsive in every communication, accurately following the schedule, fulfills all promises, and of course fast, clean and thorough work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody!
I had Zdenek come to top up my attic insulation. He arrived with Kevin first thing in the morning and put down drop cloths on all the floors and furniture. They installed the required baffles and remediated an area of mold on the underside of the roof. Then they blew in enough insulation to give me R60. They thoroughly vacuumed everywhere so I couldn't tell they had been there. Zdenek identified a damp area on the roof decking due to a slow leak. He went up onto the roof and caulked over the exposed nailheads on the roof vents that caused the leak. I'm very impressed by how thorough Zdenek was doing his job. He went the extra mile to fix a problem that he wasn't contracted to repair. He truly has his customer's best interests at heart. Thank you so much for a great job, Zdenek!
