November 24, 2017 All of my continuous dealings with Zone-Tech are always a great experience. This is a company I trust and recommend to family and friends.

May 31, 2017 We are happy to say that we have been using Zone-Tech to service our heating/Air Conditioner units at our place of business since 2000. The staff have always been very prompt, courteous, and helpful when any service calls were required. They also do our regular maintenance which I highly recommend to help prevent having issues. I will continue using their services and give them 2 thumbs up.

August 3, 2012 ### NOT HONEST WHEN PROVIDING QUOTE Called several places to get quotes on the how much it would cost to have a tech look @ a commercial air conditioner. When I called zone tech I was quoted 65$, some of the other companies charged an hourly rate and a truck fee/re-fuel fee. So I decided to go with zone tech because there was no truck fee mentionned in the quote. Once the tech guy and completed the repair he included a truck fee and refuel fee. I immediately called zone tech and spoke with same man (Steve I believe his name is) and he was defensive right of the bat. I told him he never mentionned a truck fee or refuel fee. He said all I asked for was an hourly rate. Ok - that's plain dishonest despite him saying "I'm not trying to be sneaky here". Ahh yes you are when you fail to fully disclose the cost! What he didn't understand is no matter how I worded it, be it "what is your hourly rate" or "what does it cost to have someone take a look..." I'm asking you for the price! How he justified it as me simply asking for one price is silly. Why is it everywhere else I called the were able to comprehend my question and provide with a full, detailed and honest response and not hide the truck fee. Further he insinuated that it was my responsibilty to ask if they had a truck fee and that they charge it everywhere. I don't know in what world one expects someone to call and say "hey you didn't mention a truck fee, do you want to charge me a truck fee?". He was also condescending in saying "what did I think it was just 65$ and that's it, what about tax". Tax is given buddy so your point is mute! I paid the truck fee, but let it be known they lost future business. And in regards to being a highly recommended company. The work of your technician may be great....but the person answering the phones needs a lesson in professionalism, and represents the company poorly. It's just 35$ but it's the principle. Helpful1>
