What makes us different from all other companies that specialize in HVAC in Ottawa? Owned by two brothers, Dave and Martin who grew up in Ottawa, they appreciate the importance of providing integrity service to their neighbours and their community. Our Ottawa HVAC company works with both residential and commercial clients, and is proud to provide year-round service. We thrive on building and maintaining long-term connections with our clients, and as such, much of our company’s success can be attributed to our loyal clients. We also take great pride in creating strong relationships with all of the property managers that we work with.

"We have used Advanced HVAC for years to perform annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. They were our first thought when it was time to replace the AC. We had a great experience with Owen who took the time to explain the estimate. Afterwards, Derek and his team performed the installation. They were timely, friendly and explained everything well. It's clear that they love their job. I would highly recommend working with them."
"Advanced Hvac was the ONLY company that picked up the phone when I called their 24 hour emergency service at midnight. Other companies had an automatic hold with endless music playing while I waited or the choice of having a technician arrive in the morning. Advanced Hvac answered their phone, sent a technician immediately in the middle of the night for a service call. For this reason they have earned my respect. It turned out, my 20 year old furnace needed a new motor but I opted for a new one. Also very reasonably priced and promptly installed. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and for answering their phone in the middle of the night! Well done!"
"Advanced HVAC provided excellent service. The quote for a new a/c involved taking the time to do careful measurements and inspection of my home to suggest the right a/c options for me. Karl went above and beyond suggesting ways to keep my home cooler while I waited for my new a/c. The installation was quick and properly done. The guys were careful to clean up after their work. Also everyone followed good COVID safety protocols."

Had my electric water heater replaced by Advanced HVAC a few days before Christmas this past December. My old Reliance water heater caught fire in the middle of the night. Advanced came in next day to replace the tank, modified some water pipes and the electrical so that it was safer. The technician was professional, helpful, and very efficient, we had hot water within less than an hour! Highly recommend Advanced HVAC and will use this company again!
They diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. When the parts arrived, they were installed and more tests were run, Another part was ordered. It arrived a couple days later and was installed.
