Rocco was efficient and effective. He worked closely with us to ensure the design meets our needs and recommended valuable solutions that we previously weren't aware of. We got the permit within a reasonable amount of time despite submitting it just before the holidays. I would recommend Rocco to any one considering a reno/construction project in Toronto.
Were extremely happy with our basement renovation. The workers were skilled and respectful, keeping us informed every step of the way. The finished space looks amazing!
