October 27, 2021 Had called for camera inspection of my main sewer line going to city main sewer to prove to Bell Canada that they may have damaged my sewer pipe while they installed Fibe cables on city property. Thos R Bernie never showed me in their video that the sewer line was blocked as they only showed the video of my sewer after the blockage was removed.Paid $798 and they never showed blockage.Manager was not able to provide any type of refund for work not completed. Do not use this company !!

June 15, 2021 Exorbitant price - worked out to over $450 per hour. If my basement tap wasn't leaking and my kitchen sink wasn't completely plugged, I would have sent them away but I had already waited a week for them to come after they cancelled once. And work was don't that I didn't ask for. Would definitely never use them again.
November 6, 2020 I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.
June 21, 2019 We had Marc over yesterday to unclog some of our drain pipes in the house. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Provided us with a number of options to resolve the issues including some issues with the original build. Very pleased with his work
January 21, 2019 We had Jeff come out today to work his magic on IKEA plumbing not an easy task and per usual he did an amazing job.. Thank you Jeff..On time.. Mess cleaned up..and with a smile on his face..we have used Thos R Birnie a few times and would recommend this company to anyone that wants the job done right.
