First rate experience! From the initial contact to the completion of the work, we were completely satisfied. The quote was presented quickly and was fairly priced. The work was scheduled less than 2 weeks from accepting the quote and the work crew arrived as scheduled. The job was completed on time and the site was very well cleaned of debris before the crew left.

I live in a semi-detached bungalow and went with the previous landlord of the attached property to put a new roof on back in 2008. That roofer racked the roof (installed vertically instead of the correct step method) and ruined the 30+ year warranty of architectural shingles with an incorrect installation. The roof only lasted 16 years. They weren't seen or heard of again. I ended up with shingles blowing off and asphalt flaking and going in the downspout which are sure signs of needing a new roof. I chose my own roofer and went alone this time to research a good company for my half. After getting 3 quotes and interviewing the roofers I found one of the best in Mississauga, Breno Roofing. What a great company to work with. I let them know exactly what I wanted for shingles and accessories. Norbert patiently answered all my many question, supplied a copy of their insurance, WSIB, as well as a large list of addresses of their references. The quote was reasonable and in range for what I wanted. Norbert knew I was a Senior who was burned by the last roofer, and his crew provided pictures of every step they made up on the roof to set my mind at ease and ensure me that all was done correctly. Tonyo and the crew really did a fantastic job. Not only did I get a beautiful new roof, everything was left clean and neat, and when excess shingles bundles were left over, they came by to pick them up so I didnt have to worry about getting rid of them myself. Its not an easy task to find an honest, reputable roofer these days, but I lucked in with this company. I would highly recommend them. The price here reflects pre-HST. The cost was well worth it. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Beware of the cheap guys who are here today and gone tomorrow. You'll regret it in the long run.

Breno replaced the roof on my townhouse in August 2020. I contacted Breno afterwards regarding 3 issues: 1. A leak around one of the exhaust pipes 2. A poorly installed leaf guard 3. Water dripping behind the eavestroughs on the rear mansard roof After 3, admittedly prompt, attempts, the water leak finally seems to have been addressed successfully by Breno. However, after repeated requests, Breno appeared to have little desire to address the other 2 issues. I explained at the outset that the requested leaf guard install was simply to prevent sparrows from nesting in an isolated portion of the eavestrough, but the guard was applied such that there were gaps large enough for entry at both ends. The poor install created an even more attractive nesting environment. I sent pictures to Breno regarding the guard install and water drip to no avail. At additional cost, I hired another roofer who investigated both issues. He found that shingles did not extend to the eavestrough, meaning water could easily flow behind it. He installed a new drip edge under the shingles to ensure water flowed into the eavestrough. He also covered the gaps in the leaf guard. Both fixes could have promptly and easily been implemented by Breno had it taken them seriously.

We worked w Norbert, he is a great guy. We had an issue that was due to our own problem as a home owner but they still came and REDID an ENTIRE section of the roof. They added more ice shield and they came back to do seal patch up on flat roof even though again here it was our fault for not cleaning eaves. Its how to a team comes to resolve problems that is important and he is great to work with. I recommend them anyday. Its been almost a year and haven't had a roof leak since the fixes.

They did a job of custom-made Aluminum 7-inch Eaves through and 94 bundles of GAF Timberline Natural Shadow Hickory with 30 years of labour and material WARRANTY. The Eaves are leaking a damaging the Facia. We contacted them by phone and email several times to come and repair the defective workmanship of the Eaves and received no response. We had no option but to warn others not to deal with them because; although their work was good, their customer response time needed improvement. Somehow, our message reached the leadership of the company and we finally got a response. The leadership personally came twice and repaired the leaking eaves, explaining that the delayed response was caused by a staff member, and confirming that they stand behind their 30-year WARRANTY. Because of the extraordinary effort to make things right, I am changing my review to a happy customer.
