Our roof was starting to show it's age and we knew a roof replacement was in our future. After doing lots of research of both metal and asphalt roofs, we decided to go with Monarchy Roofing and a metal roof. Kevin was quick to quote and answer all questions, and gave us lots of references we could go look at. Pricing was very competitive and Monarchy's experience and straightforward approach gave us the confidence to go ahead and pull the trigger on a new roof. The project started quickly and finished within the time frame specified despite more than one rainy day and some punishingly hot days mixed in. The Monarchy installation team was excellent with lots of attention to detail and the complexity of our roofline. They left our house and yard spotless every night no matter how late they left. We love the look of the roof - a big improvement over the tired brown shingles we inherited. Best of all, we don't need to worry about budgeting for another roof replacement. Monarchy Roofing was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the scale of our project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

We needed to replace our roofing tiles and a skylight and decided to switch to a metal roof system. The work done was on time, on budget and from layout, to project start, to completion and clean up, they did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with and even when out of their way to fix/adjust some of the eavestroughs to ensure the drainage was correct. They used the higher end materials they said they would use in the contract. I would highly recommend Monarchy.

My outstanding experience with Monarchy Roofing involved a rather difficult installation/retrofit of a metal roof onto a back split bungalow with a non-angled (I.E. flat roof). This project required considerable planning and technical prowess in order to accommodate the extreme angles of roof that encompassed the sides and front of the home. Kevin and his team were incredible from the first day to the last and his team ensured that not only was the job completed successfully, it was also cleaned in a way that you couldnt tell that any work was completed. I had a raccoon try to break into my house through the roof, which left me with a major water leak on a very rainy day! Kevin, the owner of the company, went above and beyond to get me some emergency assistance within a few hours to prevent any further damage in my home. Kevin provided me with guidance and advice on long term solutions that would help minimize these incidents happening again and within a few days, they had installed a new metal roof on my home. The 2 teams that came out ensured everything was installed properly and did so in a timely manner. Kevin communicated everything throughout the process and provided great customer service, and when I had any concerns he was there to answer any questions I had.
