About Burren Stone Masonry
Born and raised at the foothills of the Burren Co. Clare Ireland, stone is what I know. This region is known for its limestone and there is plenty of it. Stone is the foundation of my home house, the fences on our farm and the beauty of our land. My first cut at masonry I was about 7. There I was standing alongside my father building a stone wall. Now, one would think this was a fond moment, father teaching his son "the trade". Let me tell you, if I hadn't broken the kitchen window hurling a sliotar through it, I might not be the Mason I am today.
