Jerry met and exceeded every expectation we had for our staircase and upper hallway Reno. Jerry has a nice storefront were you pick,out your items , such as treads rails etc. Jerry custom matched the stain to our hardwood floor and it looks perfect. The job performed by the team was very good. Always with a good morning and a cleanup when leaving. All in all Stair4U did a fantastic job for us and I would highly recommended.

Once the start day was established, the team showed up on time, was friendly and set up extremely well designed tarps to ensure dust from the work was contained- they were extremely effective. The two team members worked very diligently and hard and were able to complete a new stair case, new rails, 3 landings with new base boards in 6.5 days absolutely incredible since 2 other business had quoted us the same job to be ~3 weeks. What impressed me most, was how clean and tidy the team left the house everyday before leaving, despite me letting them know they could keep tools out on their first day. Their response was this is your home and you have a little one, so we want to make sure they can run around and its safe I have recommend the company already and will praise Stairs4U to anyone who will listen!
