From start to finish everything was clearly explained and quoted reasonably. A special thanks to Cole and his team Madan and Devonte, who helped me with reinsulating my attic and replacement of my metal vents. They were very informative and did the job very well, quickly and kept everything clean for me. I highly recommend them.

We hired Fanatics for insulation, and from the start they were excellent. After I submitted a request on HomeStars, their sales rep called almost immediately to discuss the project and explain next steps. Communication was clear and professional, and we received text updates confirming arrival times. Our technician, Richard, truly went above and beyond. When he arrived to provide a quote, we had a large delivery of ceramic tiles and vinyl flooring left on our driveway. He told my husband, “I can’t let you take this in by yourself,” and spent 45 minutes helping carry in the heavy boxes. That alone says everything about their team and the level of service that they provide. The work was neat, tidy, and very well done, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Outstanding service from start to finish, we highly recommend them!

The insulation in our attic was original to our 1970s era house and the work included removing the old product, improving the air flow by modifying the soffit intakes, treating a mold problem and replacing new insulation. Cory, Shawn and Madan did a great job: the estimate was carefully performed, all three professionals were excellent at responding to questions and concerns and they worked really hard under difficult conditions to get the job completed within 2 days. We appreciated their diligence, kindness and attention to detail.
