“Shawn did a great job repairing two holes leftover from plumbing repairs in our orange-peel textured ceiling. The texture blending was very well done with clean, professional work. He even patched a small nail divot in our wall that had been chipping off, which wasn't in the original estimate. Highly recommended and bookmarked for future jobs.”

Kitchen demolition and removing the wall
They are very professional, easy to work with and communicate well. We highly recommend them.
Drywall installation for entire basement
Entire basement was down to the studs and the job was to install drywall. They installed resbar and two layers of 5/8th drywall and green glue between them for soundproofing between the floors and this was very effective. Good price, got the job done when they said they would, and good work. Would definitely recommend!
Total Condo Renovation
We were in the middle of a total condo reno which included new electrical, plumbing, and new walls, kitchen, baths, everything. Shawn from Ocean Drywall came in & did a great job! Particularly when he had to blend old & new drywall. He took our textured ceiling & made a beautiful flat ceiling. Every time we had a site visit, we were astonished at how tidy the place was. For the final sanding, Shawn used a sander connected to a vacuum and we couldn't believe how little dust was left in our condo when he was finished! There was no garbage left either. He was so clean & tidy that our building manager saw the results and was so impressed that he hired Ocean Drywall to do work for our building as well!

Basement Drywall
Shawn was courteous, prompt and very professional. We had done most of the easier boarding ourselves, but he helped us finish boarding our basement foyer which was full of corners and edges. He also helped us tape, mud, sand and prime some other spaces in our basement. He did this on schedule and within budget despite it being a bit trickier than expected. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Shawn!

Kitchen improvements
Shawn did a great job rebuilding and refinishing the drywall area over my kitchen counters. He was efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him/his company and will definitely call on him for future projects!

Drywall repairs and painting
We had air conditioning installed and electrical work performed in our strata unit, which resulted in significant drywall damage being done to the walls and ceilings. After we contacted Ocean Drywall, Shawn quickly attended at our strata unit, performed a comprehensive review of the work required, and then provided a detailed estimate which included the drywall repairs and painting of the affected areas. The drywall repairs included building two steel-framed bulkheads to enclose air conditioning lines. Shawn then worked with us to schedule the work to be completed promptly at our convenience. We were extremely pleased with Ocean Drywalls customer service and the results of the work. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were very considerate of us and our pet dog. They cleaned up as they worked and left no mess whatsoever. The bulkheads, the drywall repairs, and the painting all look great! We would use Ocean Drywall again without hesitation, and we would highly recommend their services to others, and already have.
