Removal of Structural Walls. Steel Beams Put in. We opened up the main floor of our home. Aldo Contracting we're the professionals that handled the project. I cannot express the professionalism and excellence of the work performed. We were kept informed at every stage of the renovation. Any challenges were assessed immediately keeping the project within timelines and within budget.
Load Bearing Wall Removal One of the most difficult decisions for a homeowner during a renovation is to select a contractor with the right skills who has recruited the right talent to complete your project. My project involved a 30’ load bearing wall removal and a new post to be relocated in the basement. My home was built in 1978, a typical 4 bedroom 2 car garage. Needless to say things like basement posts and beam sizes in the basement were undersized by today's standards. Aldo Contracting not only met my exceptions but surpassed them in all areas. These guys surpassed minimum code in all areas without the need to hold their hand throughout the construction process. I will do business with Aldo again. Aldo Contracting sets the diamond standard for construction.
Structural Support After Removal of Main Floor, Load Bearing Wall. Residential. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Alex executed on time and on budget. One of his many strengths is communications, making sure the project scope was clear, and his approach was sound. Enjoyed working with Alex and ALDO on our home renovation!
3 LVL Beams and 2 Posts and Footings Alex is a problem solver by nature. Where others (previous contractors) point out problems to a project to scare a home owner or justify their outrageous quote. Alex points out clear solutions with a defined timeline. My project was very challenging due to the location on a main road in uptown Toronto. Alex met with me at least 7 times answered all my questions and concerns before he even knew he would get the job. The execution of the project was done with pinpoint precision. Alex and his team at Aldo Structural work quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch them do their magic!
Load Bearing Wall Removal I really liked the work done by Aldo Structural for my load bearing wall removal. Alex was very knowledgeable about this work and provided all the details, useful suggestions, facts and explanations that were needed by us before commencing the work and was very transparent. He cooperatively worked with us to resolve some unexpected challenges occur during the work and has amicably work with the structural engineer to finalize drawings. Alex and his team showed in time and also completed the work as agreed upon and at the amount quoted for this work. Overall, I am very happy to have this work awarded to Aldo and definitely recommend him to others.

Structural Work Alex is a master at structural and a very hard worker. He suggested an improvement on our design which was great and worked tirelessly to finish the job. I would recommend Alex to anybody who asked. Amazing work, done on time.
Central Beam Replacement and Joist Sistering Communication was excellent from the beginning. Very responsive and upfront. Alex and his team were courteous, professional and went beyond our expectations. When unforeseen issues arose, (old house so it will happen) Alex contacted us right away and discussed our options. The process was painless and although this was a complex job and difficult from an access perspective, Alex and his crew met the timelines they laid out at the beginning. Very pleased with the work and we will be using their services again.
Great Company with Efficient, Quality Service We used Alex and his team to open up a main floor on one of our projects. We highly recommend him based on his qualified experience on this particular scope of work. They are timely and accurate and respectful of the work site conditions.

Basement Renovation I've hired Alex and his team to finish our basement. From the beginning, Alex was very courteous, very knowledgeable and he explained to us the pros and cons for every decision that we had to make. The quote was very detailed and fair compared to what we've got from other contractors. Once we've signed the final contract the guys showed up at the planned date and finished in a timely fashion. I'm happy with the quality of work, the fact that they didn't left any mess behind and that there was no price adjustments during and/or at the end of the project. We payed what we've signed for. I would hire Alex and his team again for future projects.
Structural Wall Removed and Metal Ibeam Installed Very pleased with the result. Alex delivered on all his guarantees as far as results, time frame and cost. Would not hesitate to use him again or to refer him to friends. First class gentleman who goes out of his way to help and make sure the customer is happy.

Install LVL Alex installed an LVL beam to create a wider opening from our kitchen to the dining room. He was very prompt in his reply. He is very informative of the work that is needed and the safety of the home is of high importance to him. He ensures that he does things right and to code. His price is fair and he was punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
