Add a Addition in My Rear and Remove My Exterior Load Bearing Wall I wanted to add a addition in my rear and remove my exterior load bearing wall to have a very nice family and dining room near my kitchen. I hired Design professional engineering Inc for getting permit. Behzad came to our house and had assessment of our joists and then prepared structural drawings for new steel beam instead of load bearing wall along with all details of addition such as footings, foundation walls, trusses and so on and he gave us and i submitted to city and in during 10 days i got my permit. The contractor i hired saw drawings and told me perfect drawings since all details was on it. I absolutely recommend him.
Engineering Service I needed a solar panel in my truss roof so i wanted to city to apply for that. The city told i should hire a professional structure engineer to calculate and drawings. So i hired Behzad, he with reasonable price, did my job very promptly. I recommend him to every one. Hairy
