2 Bathroom Renovations I have done several renovations in the past and was immediately impressed with Afshin’s attention to detail and understanding of how I wanted my bathroom renovations to go. I had a problem with an entrance door to one of them and he came up with the perfect solution. I had to leave for 3 weeks and he was constantly in touch if he had any questions about what I wanted. He was always on site when he said he would be and if he couldn’t come for some reason he always communicated it. He is thorough and does quality work along with his team. Afshin writes up a detailed contract and stayed on budget. I added things after the fact and his additional charges were fair. The entire renovation, which included moving a wall, creating a curbless shower, relocating the toilet and sink, and installing a new window was all completed in 16 days and according to budget. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a pleasure working with Afshin and I highly recommend New Trend Home Improvement.

Upgrade to Walk-in Shower in Ensuite We had an excellent experience working with Afshin at New Trend Home Improvement Services. Our ensuite bathroom was renovated (by another contractor) 10 years ago. We chose a very textured tile which ended up be very difficult to keep clean and we wanted to redo tile in the walk-in shower. Afshin provided a detailed quote and his work was on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend New Trend to others and would definitely use Afshin again!

New Kitchenette Installed in the Basement I had a few kitchen installers come over to give a quote, and Afshin stood out from that very moment. While everyone else rushed to produce a pretty picture of the kitchen having just taken a few measurements, Afshin spent time investigating where everything was, how far the pipes would have to go, plumbing connections, what difficulties he might face. As a result, he knew what he was doing, he did not exceed his quote, or the promised duration of the project. Besides being extremely professional, Afshin never did any sales speeches, was clear and honest and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with quality of his and his team's work.
