Bathroom Renovation We Hired Manny to complete a bathroom renovation. To be exact we needed the second floor bathroom made wheelchair accessible, remove the bathtub and install a curb less shower. We needed this completed project within one week as our mother was coming home a few days later, we could not have any delays or surprises. Picture this: the project is on the second floor, hardwood floors as you come into the home, then white broadloom through the living room, dining room and on the stairs into the hallway and into the primary bedroom. Manny and his crew covered everything the morning they started, and there was not one spot on anything! It was perfect. Many are absolutely amazing. He  discussed the project with us from start to finish and did exactly what he quoted on time on budget. This project was not huge for Manny and his crew, however it was huge to our family!  Anyone dealing with ageing parents knows how difficult things can be, and how emotional things can get. Bathroom Renovation When Manny came in for the quote, he had great ideas and was able to walk us through the process in a clear concise manner. The difference between Manny vs the other quotes we received was that he made it very clear that he would be on site every day and doing a large portion of the work himself. Another critical factor was that he would work through the project without pausing to go to another site. These factors along with his evident experience made the choice clear. Wise Solutions works hard and efficiently. Manny is very intent on keeping the schedule on track and does not slow down. The most impressive factor is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He is meticulous about all aspects of the job and ensures everything is done to his expectations. He treats the job as if it was for his own house. He provides ideas that make the space more effective and also did a perfect job for a custom closet we had wanted in the bathroom. Reno's are never a pleasant experience, but Manny made it as painless as possible and I highly recommend and will use Wise again in the future.

Basement Renovation with Bathroom Manny and his crew were very professional and did excellent work. They were very consistent in their timing and worked Monday to Friday until the work was done. The bathroom finishing was very good and the trim and paint work was done to a very high standard. Over all we were more than happy and will use his services again.

Home Renovations Manny completed renovations in a few different areas (bathroom, kitchen, basement) of our home. We hired him after seeing the work he had completed for our neighbour. Manny is on the job every day and works very hard. He has surrounded himself with an excellent team of trades who have worked with him for many years. He oversees their work and ensures it is perfect. His attention to detail and workmanship are amazing! He is also extremely tidy and the work areas were always left in a very organized way each night. When he outlined the timeline for our job he was able to complete it as scheduled, even during COVID times. He will provide suggestions and ideas and can show you a wide range of photographs of work he has completed which helps you to make decisions as the reno progresses. He takes great pride in the work that he does and treats your home like his home. We love the renovations he has completed!

Bathroom Reno We hired Manny, from Wise Solutions Home Improvement, and we do not regret it all! We needed our two bathrooms to be fully gutted and redone from scratch. Manny first came for an in-house visit. He was very respectful when entering our home, he offered some ideas and recommendations for our project and then sent us a quote within the time limit he had promised. The price he quoted was fair for the market (we had 3 quotes for this job) and since we had a great first impression, we decided to go with him. On the first day, Manny walked us through the schedule, so we knew exactly what to expect. He was on site every day for the whole duration of the project and always arrived on time. Him and his crew made sure the house was protected and always tidied up their material and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving in the evening. Manny would show us the state of the renos every night and would inform us of what we could expect the next day. We had some delays with getting our material from Bath Depot, but Manny always managed to find work to do to advance the project and he was always calm with the situation. He finished our project on time, and we are so happy with our new bathrooms! In the end, Manny did an amazing job! He is very professional; he pays attention to details and makes sure all is working flawlessly. He takes pride in a job well done and will go the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy. Manny knows how to do everything, from electrical to plumbing, building up furniture and the main reno work. He was always warm and in a good mood, he found solutions when something unexpected occurred and he was great with communication (email or in person) from the first visit until the last day. His passion for his work is the key to the great service he offers his clients. I highly recommend Manny and I will definitely hire him for our next reno job! Staircase Project We hired Wise Solutions Home Improvement (Manny) after seeing the great work he did for our neighbours. Manny walked us through his process from the very beginning so we knew what to expect. Manny and his crew were respectful when entering our home and were on time every day. Double Bathroom Gut Job This was the third project we've hired Manny to do based on his professionalism, communication, honesty and attention to detail. He and his team are incredibly respectful - they arrive on time, the protect your belongings, and clean up thoroughly. He not only keeps you informed and updated throughout the project but also make design recommendations on how to improve the design. He always keeps his clients in mind and will make recommendations to reduce costs. Manny is a true profectionist and takes the time for the smallest level of detail absolutely flawless. His prices are incredibly fair as well. He isn't the most expensive, or the least, but for what you pay you get a top quality product. Basement Reno with Bathroom Wise Solutions Home Improvements completed a full basement reno for us and we are really happy with how it turned out! Basement and Upstairs Kitchen Manny was highly recommended by one of my friends and we were amazed at the job he did. He was on time, very detail oriented and asked for my input and made sure that we were happy throughout the renovations. He was hired to add a bathroom, office, laundry room, living room etc in the basement and we were so amazed by his workmanship that we hired him to redo the kitchen upstairs as well.
