218/220 Kingsbridge Circle Water Seepage From Cracked Wall Foundation To whom it may concern, This Company was selected at random, from a business flyer, I knew we had a foundation issue, after one meeting with Jeff Field Manager, and the explanation what was to be done, I was totally sold On trust basis. Honestly I did not shop for prices but I trusted the quote was verbal and fair. The job began the next day following my approval. The scope of work and after a one day correction fully completed professionally with the good mannered employees, and good finishing it all looks back to perfection with 25 years warranty. Job well done and I can feel safe away from the water damage.
Waterproofing and Interior Repairs from Water Damage Josh and the crew did a great job fixing a water leak that caused me years of problems. In 2 days, my problem was gone. So happy I went with NTL.

Basement Walkout Waterproofing Josh and the team just waterproofed my basement walkout landing area after having issues with water seeping into the basement. He was able to come up with a practical, reasonable solution that other contractors did not think of. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend NTL for any waterproofing project.
Basement Waterproofing, Weeping Tile, and Drainage System Our building's basement flooded last April. Josh responded quickly, and he efficiently began the process of repairs. I was away during most of the repairs, but Josh kept in touch with me and explained the process every step of the way. It was an exceptional relief to have him on the job. My worries in regard to to the repairs were taken care of and at no time did I have any concerns. He completed the work as per his estimated time. Despite the amount of precipitation and unpredictable weather we have had over the past year, there have been no further leaks. I would 100% recommend NTL Contracting for basement repairs and leaks.

Exterior Basement Waterproofing NTL did an excellent waterproofing job on a very constricted site including new concrete paving for a mutual driveway. The entire scope of the project included similar basement waterproofing for the adjacent house - both were Victorian houses with rubble stone foundations. Josh - apologies for the late review, Kit

Basement Leak Repair I noticed that I had a leak in my basement, but I couldn’t see where it was. I had heard about NTL from someone and decided to contact them. Josh came to my house as arranged and with some persistence, managed to find the leak. He scheduled a time to come and fix it. The repair did not take long and he left no mess. Most importantly, after several heavy rains, I’m happy that the leak is fixed. I found Josh to be knowledgeable, courteous and reliable and can highly recommend him.
Concrete Pad - Backyard Court Josh and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They are skilled at their craft and built a perfect basketball court in my backyard. They were easy to deal with, honest and trustworthy.... and costs were reasonable. What more could you ask for in a contractor? I've had some bad contractors in the past and it was an absolute breath of fresh air to work with honest hard working people. Great team. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Good people.
Injection Molding NTL contracting and waterproofing is an amazing company to work with! I had water leaking into my basement and unlike other companies, NTL came to my house immediately to inspect and gave me 3 different options of repair. Once I made the decision to go with injection molding they showed up and did the work immediately! I later had a home inspector come to review the work and it was approved with glowing colours! I highly recommend NTL for: 1) immediate response 2) providing me with competitive pricing and options 3)completing the work effectively and efficiently

Elevator Pit Waterproofing/Sealing I’ve used NTL contracting a few times to seal and waterproof elevator pits in a couple of my buildings. They made the process as clear and transparent as possible. Their prices were fair and competitive, their staff was on time, communicated any issues and were overall very professional. I definitely recommend their services.
Basement Leak Fixed I hired NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. to fix my parent's basement leak. The office was really polite, and set up an appointment right away. When Josh arrived he too was really friendly. What impressed me was his knowledge: he took the time and explained how everything worked and how it will be done. Our family is very happy with the service and I would greatly recommend NTL to anyone with the same problem.
Basement I had a great experience hiring NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. after I found water in my basement.
