I used Caspian to repair and refinish my deck and fence. They came out promptly to inspect the job and quickly provided a quote. While they were competitive with other companies, they weren't the cheapest. However I was impressed with their professionalism and went with them anyway. I wasn't disappointed. The deck looks great! After finding a bit more rot than we had initially thought, they went out of their way to find a way to repair it as affordably as possible. I have already asked them for a quote on another project. I have no problem recommending Caspian Development.

Payam and team were absolutely fantastic! Reached out to them for a 25 linear foot fence with 2 gates. They also replaced and re-fitted a downspout which was in the way of where we wanted the fence. The Job was done on schedule and no surprises on costs. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again for other projects.
