Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had two technicians, a father and son team, come to service my fireplace. During the cleaning, the father, Paul, removed the screen and placed it directly on the tile floor while working on it. This careless handling resulted in visible scratches and permanent damage to the screen. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. When I contacted them about the damage, they flatly refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. This is unacceptable, if you damage a customer’s property, the expectation is that you acknowledge it and make it right. The work was careless, and their response afterward was worse. I would strongly caution others to think twice before using this company unless you’re willing to risk damage to your property with no support or accountability.

We carry most major brands but mainly deal with Lennox and we also deal with Kenmore, Goodman, York and Carrier. We specialize in Residential and commercial establishments in the GTA .
