Paul and Sonny changed the exhaust fan in the basement bathroom. Very professional and friendly.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had two technicians—a father and son team—come to service my fireplace. During the cleaning, the father, Paul, removed the screen and placed it directly on the tile floor while working on it. This careless handling resulted in visible scratches and permanent damage to the screen. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. When I contacted them about the damage, they flatly refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. This is unacceptable—if you damage a customer’s property, the expectation is that you acknowledge it and make it right. The work was careless, and their response afterward was worse. I would strongly caution others to think twice before using this company unless you’re willing to risk damage to your property with no support or accountability.

I am very pleased with the work that Paul & his son did. They removed my AC from the window, took it outside, and took it apart and vaccumed it and dusted and sprayed the inside and replaced it back in the window. They were very respectful and knew exactly what they were doing. My AC is working better than ever.

They completed the job of installing a fan cap in my 2nd floor soffit within an hour. Well done.
