We are very pleased we chose Cosmopolitan Construction to reface our house with stone and stucco. From the beginning and all through the process, Aiad was incredible to deal with. He is detail-oriented, very responsive, and took the time to answer the many questions we had. The crew was courteous, worked efficiently, and the project was completed in the expected time. Because of his many years of experience, Aiad provided recommendations about several aspects of the project that ended up looking great. It is clear that Aiad loves and takes pride in what he does and he ensured we were happy with the work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cosmopolitan to friends and family and would use them again for a future project.

I got a range of quotes from 5 different companies and one of them didn’t even want the job.  Aiad gave me a very comprehensive quote and references.  I checked some of his references and he got raving reviews from everyone.  So I went with him. His references were 100% correct.  Aiad and his team did a fantastic job with a smile. My house is very close to the house next door, so Aiad’s team had a very narrow place to work. Aiad was very pleasant and hard working. He and his team cleaned up well after they were done. My bricks were in bad shape.  Now the side of my house looks fantastic, and the extra insulation should help keep any drafts out. After Aiad left, the Roger’s guy had to come and put the Roger’s box back on the side of my house.  The Roger’s guy damaged my new stucco.  I spoke to Aiad and told him what had happened and he returned the next day which was a Saturday, and fixed the hole that Roger’s left right away.  I really appreciate this.  I highly recommend Cosmopolitan.

STUCCO EXTERIOR From the initial meeting with Aiad, we were impressed with his character. Aiad provided a detailed quote outlining the work they’d do and covering potential issues that might arise. We went with Cosmopolitan because Aiad was clearly a man of integrity, his quote was fair and reasonable and we had confidence in his abilities. The work began on July 25th and was completed 2 weeks later, as promised. Aiad and his team were very professional. They worked long days and left the site tidy every evening. They were respectful to us and our neighbours. Aiad and his team delivered. There were no surprise costs, in fact they did some additional work at no extra cost. We were impressed by the skill and dedication of the team and the quality of their work. They dealt with some very challenging conditions (hot weather and very tight spaces). We are extremely happy with the results of our reno and would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Aiad and Cosmopolitan Construction.

Start Date: July 4-12, 2025 Work: Stucco around the house, Plywood Installation, Wall and Ceiling Light Installation, Moulding and Trims. We had three Stucco Contractors that visited our house and the reason we gave Cosmopolitan Construction Inc. the job was Aiad’s ability to understand that every part of the house is connected, his anticipation and problem solving washed away a lot of things that we don’t know and worry about. For example, our previous aluminum that was done only a few years ago that includes soffit and downspouts was thoroughly explained how it will be affected and he presented a resolution. Anything surrounding and outside the scope of work were clearly presented. Aiad eliminated unwanted surprises. Aiad is an amazing, kind, thoughtful, conscientious person. There’s plenty of work that he did for us without extra fee. He has high moral principles and fine personal quality. He’s a great listener. He made the exterior of our house charming and timeless!
