I have used Quality Home for two different jobs, and am very happy with both. First to replace a full roof (part sloped, part flat) in 2019, and then again to replace a small balcony flat roof in 2024. Called Yuri and my father's roofing was leaking actually the skylight. The next day he showed up and fixed the problem and have not had an issue since!

Several shingles blew off cottage roof due to high winds. Yuri was able to come out from the city within 24 hours and solve the problem, and replace the shingles on the spot himself.

I reached out to Quality Home Roofing to fix a minor leak in our pitched asphalt shingle roof. They responded within an hour and were able to come to our place the next morning. As this was a minor leak with a clear source, they gave me a cost range by e-mail based on my description of the problem, and so were able to show up and do the repair immediately instead of sending an estimator first. I needed Yuriy to show up at a specific time to coordinate with my schedule, and he showed up precisely when promised. He inspected the problem area and confirmed the exact cost, which was at the low end of the range they had given previously. He was done in under an hour, and clearly explained the measures they had taken. Overall very pleased with their responsiveness, clear communication, and quick and thorough work.

Need small area of roof repaired before winter set in. Excellent customer service and exceptionally pleased with results. Definitely coming back if any other issues crop up and will hire when full new roof required. Pleasure to deal with everyone involved and fantastic value for money.
