call me within an hour; can give me rough quote with photos supplies, then site inspection, and then site face to face explanation, then preparing contract to sign the next dat, and start to work after 2 days (the follwoing day is rainning)

From the first phone call, I knew I would most likely go with Danforth Rd. Roofing. Wade was very responsive, explained everything and was very patient with me….I asked A LOT of questions! 😊 The guys on site arrived on time and worked hard the get our job done as quickly as possible. They also explained a few things, offered advice and did an excellent job replacing our flat roof and all soffit, eaves troughs etc. We will definitely have them back to do the shingles on our house and garage!

Originally reached out to Wade to fix up our porch roof, our previous contractors didn't waterproof it and it was leaking. He assured me that they would fix it properly. They did a good job and found more issues legitimate along the way. Long story short, we ended up reshingling our whole roof. Wade also promised a thorough warranty on his work, and they delivered on it -- we had some issues (part of the roof's shingles didn't match because of a supply shortage) and they came back and fixed it when they found additional supply. They also came back and re-caulked our skylight that ended up being leaky, and tested it thoroughly. Overall, good quality work with a fair price backed by excellent service and warranty. Happy to work with Wade and his team again!

Danforth Rd. Roofing & Contracting has been serving the G.T.A. since 1990. We are a family owned business and our goal is customer satisfaction -- treating your home as if it were our own. Communication with the homeowner is our first priority which creates an open and honest relationship for both. We thank you in advance for the opportunity to bid your project. If you choose us, we will do everything to make your project move as quickly and smoothly as possible. No decisions or changes will be made without discussing the same with the homeowners first. As in any big renovation, unforeseen things do come up. If this should happen, we will explain everything to our client so they understand it completely. We look forward to working with you and making your home renovation a pleasant experience. Work will commence seven (7) days upon acceptance of this proposal.
