While I was a bit disappointed that Adam didnt show up wearing a top hat, he did a fantastic job cleaning our chimney. Katie in the office was super to deal with and set up a time that was convenient for me. Adam arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up throughly. He was also very thoughtful and easy to deal with. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend.
Excellent job! Adam and Steve were very professional. Steve knew exactly the problem with our chimney and he suggested to rebuild instead repair it. We're glad we did! New chimney looks great and should last many many years. Nicely done by Henry and Ernie from beginning to end. Clean up was excellent as well. We definitely use their service again. Very pleased with this company. Katie in the office is helpful and arranged visits to suit our schedule. Mario, who performed the work, arrived as planned and did an excellent job cleaning the chimney. I asked him to inspect our chimneys and he took photos to show that we clearly had issues with one of them. He returned as scheduled and did a great job on the repairs. He explained all the work and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Top Hat.
Seamless process start to finish. Company arrived on scheduled time, described his scope of work and provided useful tips for future use of wood fireplace.
I have used this company for several years to clean our chimney. I have always been pleased with their work and price. The person who did the work before is no longer with the company and the new person Adam did and excellent job and is extremely professional. He got tied up on the previous job and always called to give us an update his ETA. On inspection it was determined that there needed to be some repairs to the brickwork and agreed to have a complete rebuild. ( our house was built in 1964). When I received the quote they took time to explain to me exactly what will be done. The work was done a few days ago. They did excellent work and the individuals doing the work were extremely competent. In fact one of the individuals mentioned to me he has been doing this for decades. They cleaned up well. All the debris was taken away. In fact there was not even any dust left behind. I highly recommend Top Hat for any chimney needs. They are a small family run business who provides excellent service and take pride in their work. They are professional and communicate well.It was a real pleasure dealing with them on this job.
