From start to finish we have been so impressed with Davel Construction! We wanted a top-quality job and they sure delivered! The quote and planning stages with Tom were super professional and honest. He was an excellent listener that made sure he knew exactly what we wanted before we started. The 3D drawings are easily tweaked with any changes and communication was fast and effective. During construction, David and his team were super hard workers. You could set your watch to when theyd show up every day! If there was a change to the schedule, then it was always a quick text. Easy! They kept a clean worksite and were respectful to our neighbours. Again, communication was awesome. David was patient and polite about explaining to us the how or why it was being done a certain way when we asked. Or sometimes he had an idea with the way something could be made stronger or look better. When minor unexpected problems were encountered in the build, it was always a reassuring Yep well get the fixed for you. Well make it right. Their professionalism, experience and expertise were amazing. Absolutely top notch all around! 100% recommended!

We found out we were expecting our second child and took one look at our backyard and realized we needed a serious upgrade. Davel Construction was recommended to us through the pool company we were using and after meeting Tomas we were sold. We are one week into our backyard being done and are still in awe. Dave and his crew were amazing to work with and did such an incredible job. They made our vision come to life. We have, and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

They build, following our needs and budget a fantastic outdoor living space. Detailed plan with engenering work, took care of city permit. Flexible to modify as the project went and very professional. This outdoor living is now a great extension of our indoor space. David and Thomas are fantastic to work with!
