There is both an art and a science to architectural design. The science we learn through our education and training. The art of architectural design comes from innate talent, skills training, and a ‘no compromises’ philosophy. A promise is personal. And it’s a commitment. There is even an inherent emotion in the word ‘promise’, more than you will find in a written contract. And at the core of the word ‘promise’ is trust. Hard to earn. Easy to lose.
