October 17, 2017 Exceptional customer service, professionalism, promptness and expertise. The company responded to two emergency drain situations; arrived on or ahead of time, during each call they fixed things not related to the drain. They could have easily passed the call to another trade/s but they resolved a very difficult situation late at night. Highly recommend.
October 17, 2017 I contacted Done Deal Drain Cleaning to handle a problem with a basement flooding in an investment property. They arrived within an hour and dealt with the issue quickly. The price was completely reasonable especially given it was a difficult and messy problem. They solved the problem before the other two companies I called even rang me back.
