February 17, 2021 I called for a drain issue. Daryl was here very quickly and resolved the issue. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I recommend DSM Plumbing and will be using their services again for future work.
November 7, 2019 Be careful. DSM drastically escalated price of a simple well pump replacement. Told us a 6 ft. down-bar (connected to 65 ft. of PVC) was 80ft of galvanized steel in the well. Called in heavy equip., price went into the thousands. Said highly complex and risky job. Opened well cap and learned there was only 6ft of steel as a drop down bar. LOL - Some Expert! Then lied to me to cover it up. Caught the lie when I saw the pipe. Paid $3950: $1000 in parts and $2950 for ONE HOUR of work. Unethical
August 20, 2019 I am very pleased with how quickly Darryl was able to come and fix my leaky tap in the laundry room. I will be calling him back to replace my laundry tub and old faucet .
March 30, 2019 Darryl came out to fix pipes under my sink. I gave him the wrong information about what work would be required so he didnt have the right tools. He was very understanding about the error and returned quickly with the right materials. great work, patient and professional at a reasonable cost. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I will be contacting him again for all my plumbing services and recommending him as well.

The staff is pleasant and courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The work has always been done as promised and at a reasonable cost. It's nice to be able to recommend a great business.
