August 20, 2021 When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent. John and C, Oshawa

August 19, 2021 Our insurance company referred us to Smith and Sons for a small siding/flashing job to help us fix a leak. I also added on eavestrough cleaning, since it was difficult for us to reach. They did a quick, yet thorough job, and the office was lovely to deal with and great with communication. I liked the small, family-run feeling they gave me. We will definitely use them again in future.

August 18, 2021 I used Smith and Sons Roofing 6 years ago when I had a leak in my roof. After getting 4 quotes, Smith and Sons was the only company that was honest and told me that I only need one section of my roof replaced and that the rest would be fine for another 5 years. I was so impressed with their honesty, quality of the job, and price. Last month we hired them to do the remainder of the roof. Upon completion they told me they had extra materials and re shingled my shed free of charge! Amazing service!

August 18, 2021 I have hired Smith and Sons Roofing on a number of occasions for my home roofing needs and the reason I come back is that they have high quality standards, have pleasant and friendly staff willing to answer my questions and make sure that my property is well cared for during the experience. They provide good recommendations, deliver as promised, stand behind their work, and have always provided excellent customer service. Always my first recommendation for roofing when asked by my neighbours.

August 18, 2021 First contacted Smith & Sons Roofing in January 2020 for roof repair. Recently, when it came time to replace my roof shingles, with our neighbor, the first company that came to mind was again, Smith & Sons Roofing. They offered competitive pricing, choice of quality shingles, and a flexible time frame to schedule the work. Employees were dedicated to the task of removing/installing new shingles, clean up, as well as answering any questions / concerns. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smith & Sons.

August 17, 2021 Have used this company numerous times at different properties over the past couple years. Always excellent, prompt service, arrive when they say, sometimes ahead of planning. Staff on the phone and crew that arrive are always professional and excellent to deal with. Prices can’t be beat and I have never had an issue with a leak they have repaired coming back. Explain what they are going to do in detail and final price never over estimate…even been below also. P

August 16, 2021 Smith and Son's repaired our sloped/flat roof a few months ago. Their advice and professionalism was exceptional, as well as their affordable pricing. Our roof is not straightforward and their solution and installation of heater, ice damn shield and repairs prevented further leakage and a viable solution to a stressful situation. This roofing company will not disappoint!!

August 16, 2021 Good people!! Nothing but praise for the team at Smith and Sons Roofing. I had care and concern shown to my situation from my first phone call. My flat roof was replaced to my total satisfaction. I only wish I had called them first!!!! Had them recently replace my trough. Well done.
